Antique 800 Silver Notre Dame French Souvenir Ring - Sz O 1/2 / US 7.5
This antique ring is made from 800 grade silver. It’s a grand tour souvenir from Notre Dame, so has a crest on the front with the ND initials beneath a crown. Then all around the band are raised Fleur-de-lis. It has a French silver hallmark on the out side of the band, with the crab stamp for 800 grade silver and some maker’s initials which are too indistinct to identify.
It measures as a UK size O ½ (about a US 7.5) but will fit slightly smaller due to the width of the band. The band measures 0.7cm north to south. Weighs 2.7 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. No damage or repairs, and very few signs of past use. Just has the usual very light surface scuffs and tarnish which you’d expect on an antique piece that’s been tucked away for years.
