Vintage Sterling Silver Keychain with Shackle By Garrard & Co.
This vintage sterling silver keychain was made by very high-end British jewellers Garrard & Co, and it was hallmarked in London in 1979. It features a hook at the top, which is engraved with an antelope on the front. This leads down to a heavy length of curb chain and on the end is a huge marine shackle which screws open/shut. The entire thing is sterling silver and beautifully made, with lion passant stamps on a couple of the chain links and the edge of the shackle.
Measures just under 12” long and weighs 63 grams.
Condition: Lovely condition, looks hardly worn.
