1977 Sterling Silver Double Sided Ingot Pendant with Acanthus Leaf Engraving - 16.3g
Here I have a vintage sterling silver ingot pendant from 1977. It has crisp statement hallmarks on one side and an engraved acanthus leaf design on the other. The hallmarks are from the Sheffield Assay Office plus it has the Queen’s Jubilee year stamp at the bottom. Oddly this has been double struck, with a smaller Queen’s head inside the first hallmark striking. The maker is ZJ. There’s a fixed bale and sturdy jump ring at the top for hanging.
The ingot itself, not including the bale, is 2.7cm x 1.5cm x 0.4cm. Weighs 16.3 grams.
Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. Just has the usual marks and tarnish to the silver which you'd expect on a vintage item.
