Vintage 9ct Gold and Enamel Horseguard Large Charm or Pendant
Here I have a vintage 9ct yellow gold and enamel charm or pendant in the form of a horseguard. It has lovely detailing from the soldier’s uniform and raised sword, right down to the little lines giving the impression of the horse’s coat! It’s a good solid charm and can stand freely which is always a nice touch! There’s a split ring at the top for hanging and although I cant find any hallmarks, it acid tests as 9ct gold.
Measures 2.2cm wide from nose to tail, and about 2.4cm from the bottom of the horse’s hooves to the top of the split ring. It weighs 4.8 grams.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Has wear to the enamel throughout, but the gold itself is in very good order with just the usual light marks which you’d expect on a vintage piece.
