Here I have a vintage sterling silver fish brooch by Margot de Taxco. The fish is articulated and the body is enamelled in a green speckles, with darker green spots on the rivets and tail. The back has full Mexican hallmarks with the Margot de Taxco maker’s stamp. It fastens with a rollover-clasp on the back.

Measures 4.5cm x 2.8cm. It weighs 8.0 grams.

Condition: Very good uncleaned vintage condition. Has one tiny chip to the enamel which i’ve tried to show in the last 2 photos but it’s so tiny I’m struggling to get a pic, it’s invisible to the naked eye and can only be sen under high magnification. Otherwise, the condition is great.
