Antique Rolled Gold & Sparkly White Paste Edwardian Puffy Heart Pendant
This antique heart pendant is made from rolled gold over base metal. It’s claw set with lots of sparkly white paste stones with little metal beads around the edge and separating some of the pastes within the heart. The 6 stones in the centre remind me of a violet flower, not sure if this is intentional or not! Still has it’s original paste-set bale attached too. The photos have been taken outside in both bright sun and shade.
It measures 2.5cm long including the bale at the top and 1.3cm wide. Weighs 2.1 grams.
Condition: Very good antique condition. All the pastes are lovely and sparkly still. Some have a bit of surface wear when viewed under magnification as you’d expect. The rolled gold is in wonderful condition with very little wear. Overall, it just has the usual marks which you’d expect on an antique item.
